Full Job Description

We are looking for a administrator to join our Infrastructure team in Birmingham. This is for a three month FTC role, 30 hours per week.

What you'll do:

  • Work with Commercial team to identify missing delivery tickets/information/invoices.

  • Communicate with suppliers to request and obtain substantiation / verification that can be used as proof of delivery.

  • Maintain records to suitably evidence further delivery information obtained.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Computer literacy skills, including familiarization with Microsoft Office suite

  • Good record keeping
