Full Job Description

  • Attend and take meeting minutes and maintain action trackers

  • Safety Cards - record, follow up with action closure and arrange monthly winner meetings and winner poster

  • Support scheduling training and maintain key role competency information

  • Schedule and issue meeting invites

  • Produce and issue organisation charts

  • Book hotels and meeting rooms - maintain meeting record tracker

  • Approve invoices and supply codes for meetings and training

  • Other ah-hoc Admin tasks as and when required

    Morgan Sindall is currently recruiting a skilled and experience Administrator. This role will support the multi-disciplined project delivery and is based on Sellafield site. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join an established team and contribute to the successful completion of an exciting infrastructure project., Experience of minute taking

  • Experience in use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Able to work in a fast paced project delivery office
