Full Job Description

Our client is seeking additional admin support over the next 2 - 4 weeks. This is a part time role working 3 days per week, preferably Wednesday to Friday, but they can be flexible on the days. Hours of work are 9.30am - 5.30pm, and it is based in the Kensington area of West London.

Administrator duties will include:

  • Raising POs

  • Dealing with invoices

  • Supplier set up

  • Troubleshooting finance issues

  • Responding to Service Now Queries

  • Event support (liaising with organisers, Estates, Reception, Tech Support)

  • Other ad-hoc day-to-day admin support

    Experience in the same or similar role

  • Expereince of using Unit4

  • Knowledge of dealing with invoices and setting up suppliers

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Super organised

  • Excellent communication skills
