Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our team based in Somerset, the role will be covering our Somerset sites.

To support the Operational Management Team within the Somerset Contract with administrative functions, ensuring a standardised approach is followed for note taking, action record keeping and sharing of lessons for Monthly Management Meetings / Staff.,

  • Maintain the existing staff list documents for the Regional Senior Operations Manager of each Contract within the Region. Ensuring that it is constantly up-to-date with new starters and leavers ahead of any reporting needs.

  • Develop an Interview Booking Calendar and liaise with Operational Management of the Region Contracts to organise pre-defined recruitment days.

  • Schedule all interviews on pre-defined interview slots using the interview booking calendar.


  • To be directly responsible for the Onboarding Process of new starters and record keeping via the Bamboo System, including uploading CVs/Interview Paperwork/References/DBS/Contract of Employment etc.

  • Conduct internal file audits of existing staff to ensure >98% people file compliance.

  • Attend & Note Take for Monthly Management Meetings / Staff Representative Meetings & Governance & Performance Review Meetings.

  • Ensure 100% DBS compliance (excluding LTS/Maternity) and action upcoming DBS for expiry with Operational Management within contract to avoid service delivery impact.

  • Assisting the operational teams with stock ordering / PO management.

  • Organising Hotels & Training Room Hire for new starts and managers throughout the contract.

  • Processing Uniform Orders for New Starters.

  • Forwarding Expenses to the EMED Accounts Team for processing on behalf of the operational teams.

  • £11.47 per hour

  • Full time permanent, 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri.
