Full Job Description

As a Senior Administrator, you will utilize your expertise to deliver effective reception services, administrative duties, and systems management in our busy nursery. You will uphold administrative procedures and be a key member of the senior team, aligning with Kids' policies and procedures. This unique role requires confidence in diverse situations and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, seniors, and clients. Your contribution will support our mission to create a world where every child has opportunities.

The role involves occasional travel for scheduled meetings with managers, peers, broader teams, and current and potential partners. Additionally, you will attend fundraising and social events, staff meetings, and training sessions, requiring flexibility.,

  • Growth Opportunities: Identify, explore, and deliver growth opportunities through a network of corporate partners.

  • Visitor Reception: Welcome and offer hospitality to nursery visitors, ensuring their immediate needs are met and managing 'front of house' duties.

  • System Management: Oversee the Nursery Software Management system (training provided) and handle the Nursery telephone system and voicemail.

  • Office Management: Implement and manage office duties and procedures, including collecting parent fees according to KIDS financial procedures, maintaining and regularly updating the database.

  • Communication and Reporting: Produce high-quality communication materials and reports that support departmental KPIs.

  • Relationship Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with key external stakeholders and partners, and assist the senior team and colleagues as needed.

  • Service Team Relationships: Form strong relationships with service delivery teams and help build lasting connections.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report income against targets and KPIs., We deeply value the safety and wellbeing of all individuals who interact with our services.
