Full Job Description

Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Utilize computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Manage and organize client documents and files
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide day to day support to brokers. As part of an administration team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office and administrative tasks, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience with clerical duties., Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in data entry and record management
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skill
