Full Job Description
This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday each week, 2pm-5pm to provide extra support to the current Administrator and Care Home Manager. Opportunity of overtime when current Administrator is off on annual leave.
Responsibilities: -
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence & meeting minutes and preparing reports
- Maintain an organized office environment by ordering supplies
- Actively market the home by dealing with enquiries and visits by prospective residents or their families promptly and professionally
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team., Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
