Administrator

The purpose of the role is to work as part of a small, dynamic team preparing all aspects of product data ready for the launch of new products, and maintain existing information for ease of use across both the store and online functions.

Daily responsibilities include:

• End to end set up of new products


• Maintenance of system based product catalogue


• Collaboration with our Marketing department to generate information for in-store price tickets


• Promotion set up to allow processing of discounts in store


• Price change implementation


• Review and amendment of weekly reports


• Weekly update of supplier lead times


• Point of contact for all store colleague product detail queries


• User acceptance testing of new addition date output to in store till systems


Skills needed

We are looking for an Administrator - Accrington, Head Office - £23,425pa + Benefits to work as part of our small product catalogue team. Experience within product catalogue is not required. We are looking for a candidate with good administration experience including Microsoft packages and Excel. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a buying department.,
