    Full Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and excellently organised Administrator to help service our fast-paced nursing care home. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and independent while supporting the manager in the day-to-day coordination of the team. This part-time position allows for fantastic flexibility whilst offering a steady, weekday based ROTA.

As a member of the Nouvita administration team, you will be the first point of contact for all admin-related enquiries. Though this is a part time position, your responsibilities will mirror that of other member(s) of the team and are crucial in the operations of the home. Some of your main tasks will include:
  • Managing expenses relating to the purchasing of goods.

  • Managing the ROTA management system.

  • Liaising with employment agencies & our in-house recruitment team.

  • Coordinate weekly fire drills.

  • Record our compliance certificates & ensuring they're current.

  • Perform reception duties.

  • While these are only a few of your tasks, ultimately, your role will have you working directly with the Manager & Deputy on a daily basis to support them with their administrative requirements.

This position is suited best to those who would describe themselves as innovative & attentive multi-taskers. Through your IT literacy, you will quickly learn any systems that are new to you while maintaining and improving your current skills.

    Training

Though you will not be undertaking any healthcare related duties, you will still be required to attend some of our in-house CQC-recognised training, as well as undergo our e-learning course prior to starting work.

This will not only prepare you for your new role, but also provide you with the confidence you need to perform your job effectively.
