The Role

Work activities vary but will include - telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.

Here are a few examples of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Ensure all timesheets are correctly uploaded on behalf of operational colleagues

  • Create purchase orders within IFS and coordinate with suppliers

  • Record accurately good received notes

  • Provide reports to the team on a daily, weekly & monthly basis

  • Record Tool box talks

  • Organise and arrange training for all colleagues. ensuring training records are up to date

  • Answer initial queries and escalate queries to relevant area of the organisation

    We'll be looking to you to ensure that the team's administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it's essential that you have previous administration experience.


  • You will also need a good basic knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
    As you'll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential.
