Full Job Description

United Response are looking to recruit an Administrator to oversee the operation of the rota system in our supported living services in Ilminster., As an Administrator, you will work alongside the Service Manager to ensure that our staff team are scheduled on rota. You will be responsible for managing any changes to the rota to ensure continuation of service and you will be required to process timesheets for payroll. Alongside this as an administrator you will be required to take minutes at team meetings which will be conducted either over Microsoft Teams or Face to face.

We are looking for an effective communicator with rota planning experience and strong IT skills. Experience in working within the charity, health and social care sector is desirable but not essential.
