Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Manufacturing team at our Needham site.

In this role you will work closely with the Yard team to ensure all paperwork is accurate and to make sure all consumables are
counted and ordered when necessary. You will work with driver's timesheets and assist with filing, stock counting and inputting.

You will be responsible for generating delivery notes ensuring documentation is available in good time for collection and that any
special delivery instructions are communicated clearly to the driver. You will also check deliveries against the purchase orders
and receipt, progressing any discrepancies with the purchasing department. You will demonstrate a high level of Health and Safety
awareness at all times.

You will play a key part in the team to assist drivers, visitors and contractors whilst also ensuring they are aware of the site
rules. It is crucial to maintain FLT safety check information, ensuring that any repairs or servicing is arranged through the
normal suppliers and subject to authorisation. You will also generate yard loading sheets for the Yard Team ensuring all outgoing
deliveries are loaded in good time for collection and all relevant information is on the loading sheet including any special

As an Administrator, you will be focused, target-driven and have a track record of achieving set deadlines. A customer-focused
attitude, excellent communication, organisational and follow-up skills are the key to success.
