Our thriving London office is looking for an Administration Assistant to be part of a dynamic team supporting a variety of practice groups., You'll be reporting into the London office Secretarial Manager and will be working alongside our Secretarial team supporting Partners and Associates in all practice groups.

Our Opportunity

This role would be ideal for someone who has completed a business administration course and looking to develop their administrative and secretarial skills within a Legal office environment.

You'll be involved and responsible for all types of administrative tasks to include expenses, scanning/photocopying, filing/archiving, processing invoices whilst also assisting secretaries in conducting client/matter inceptions, billing, booking travel, etc.

This role will also involve elements of supporting our Business Development team, to include assisting with meet/greet at client events and helping send/track client event invitations.

This is an on-site role, Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 17:30, although flexibility is required.

As this is a varied role, you'll need to be an organised, proactive individual who can easily prioritise. You'll need to have the flexibility to assist other departments when required. You should also be able to use your initiative and spot where help is needed with limited supervision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key for this role, and a smart, professional appearance is essential when assisting with client events.

We need you to be an organised, professional individual who has a "can do" attitude and willing to go that extra mile to help colleagues at all times.
