Full Job Description

  • Assist on aspects of studio photography such as updating checklists, collecting and sending out samples for photography

  • Attending shoots when required

  • Assist with Model casting, researching models or collating details of applicants to present to the senior team

  • Liaise with the Buying department to chase up missing samples and arrange for them to be shot

  • Manage storage of all imagery on the Regatta Group Hub ensuring the images meet our quality standards and they are delivered to the necessary parties, complying with image tagging requirements

  • Resolve queries on images for customers and internal staff

  • Own and oversee mannequin photography - organising sample pick up/drop off dates, ensuring images are correctly labelled and uploaded onto the HUB and into Elastic (our digital catalogue) in the correct format

  • Maintain and manage storage area of products and accessories to a high standard

  • Order and maintain a stock of promotional Giveaways within the allocated budget


  • Sales Launches & Sales Support
  • Order and collate samples for events

  • General help with the arrangements and running of events (researching locations, booking accommodation, liaising with talent, preparing giveaways, attending)


  • Retail & Dealer support
  • Assisting in managing and delivering a calendar of activity to support UK retail

  • Updating and monitoring digital screens across the retail estate

  • Creation of Visual range plans for inhouse retail teams

  • Facilitate POS requirements for third party retailers and wholesalers


  • Sample Management & Product Knowledge
  • Gain knowledge of product range & product technologies

  • Ordering kit for content creators, publications & ambassadors (nationally & internationally)

  • Have a strong understanding of international delivery & customs requirements


  • General administrative tasks.
  • Approval of invoices using the internal online system, logging the approvals on the PO log and budget document

  • Communicate information and provide updates to teams across the business including buying, sales & product design

  • General administrative support to wider team
