Admin Support

· Based front of house at our Pinxton office.

· General administrative, clerical and office duties including meeting and greeting visitors.

· Work closely and communicate with our onsite based teams to offer administrative support.

· Work closely and communicate with site-based teams (Contracts & Site Managers) to offer administrative support.

· Create and submit Purchase Orders as required.

· Updating Work in Progress (WIP) reports as required.

· Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person.

· Organising filing systems and updating office databases.

· You will be IT Literate (proficient in MS Office) and will have competent numeracy skills.

· You will have previous experience of working in a commercial office-based environment.

· Those with previous experience in an office admin-based role are encouraged to apply.

The position will be UK based from our Pinxton office (J28 M1).

Admin Support is required for a professional and friendly Sports Pitch Construction company. This is a great opportunity to develop with a busy and varied days-based role. On offer are full training and a personable working environment.

Working hours 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
