Full Job Description

The successful applicant will support the Health Visiting Team Leader and Health Visiting Team with administrative support. The post holder will share responsibility for providing practical support in using Cypris (Child Health System) to answer queries, arrange appointments for Health staff and carry out general filing duties.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Clerk to join the Health Visiting Team based at Fishguard Health Centre. This is a part time post working 18.5hrs per week.

The enthusiastic individual will need work with the Health Visiting Team and provide efficient and effective support. Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

The individual would need to work as part of a team as well as carry out tasks solely.

48 general practices (six of which are managed practices), 47 dental practices (including three orthodontic), 99 community pharmacies, 44 general ophthalmic practices (43 providing Eye Health Examination Wales and 34 low vision services) and 17 domiciliary only providers and 11 health centres
