Admin Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team in providing vital support to carers across the region., As an Admin assistant you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including back-office support for the staff working across the organisation. Your role will also involve liaising with Carers to assist them when they engage with our services.

As an Admin Assistant you will:

• Respond to all enquiries from carers, staff and professionals to Devon Carers.


• Undertake general administrative tasks including daily post, e-mails, printing, data entry and correspondence to ensure smooth operations.


• Input and maintain relevant databases.


• Lead on the day-to-day operations.
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively and use own initiative


• Positive and flexible approach


• Excellent administration and record-keeping skills with excellent attention to detail


• Good knowledge/understanding of carers and their issues - or health and social care services/provision


• Use of computer systems (CRM) and MS Office


• Right to work in the UK.
