Full Job Description

As the Acquisition Project Manager, you will oversee the Acquisition Department managing sites from instruction to acquired and supporting through all stages to build. You will be responsible for a team of surveyors whilst keeping your own complex portfolio.

You are likely to work 2 days at home and 3 days on site or in one of our offices in West Byfleet, Surrey or Diseworth, Derby.

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Reporting to client and attending client meetings

  • Identifying properties suitable for infrastructure and providing support and advice to your team regarding options

  • Preparing recommendation reports to client

  • Negotiating terms including valuation

  • Providing advice and liaison to solicitors on surveying matters

  • Preparing lease and survey agreements

  • Managing departmental finance and reporting

  • Presenting to the operational board opportunities and challenges

    An honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

  • A wealth of experience within Telecommunications Acquisition

  • An expert in matters of Electronic Communications Code and have provided expert representation

  • Previous experience in managing a team

  • A proven track record in budgetary and resourcing management skills

  • A problem solver who is committed to excellent service

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Energetic and self-motivated

  • UK Full Driving Licence

  • Willingness to travel
