Full Job Description
As a trainee you will be assisting and learning how to:
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare business and personal tax returns
- Use various accounting software packages
- Prepare VAT returns
- Complete bookkeeping
Working as part of a small and friendly team you will be involved in all areas of the business which will be a superb learning opportunity
You don't need previous experience however an interest in Accountancy is an obvious bonus
A love for numbers and problem solving, great attention to detail and an appetite to learn and progress are essential
Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do so you will need to take pride in your work and be committed
Based at our Axminster offices the role will be for 30 hours per week, 9-5pm Monday - Thursday with paid study leave and all the costs of your AAT qualification met by us
Starting Salary of £12000 to be reviewed after the first year.
