Full Job Description

  • Prepare statutory year accounts and corporation tax returns

  • Bookkeeping using cloud accounting software

  • Preparation of management accounts and information

  • Prepare personal tax returns

  • Process and submit VAT returns, You will be studying the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting. This level will encourage you to master more complex accounting principles in both Bookkeeping and Management Accounting. You will study 5 units:

  • Financial Accounting; Preparing Financial Statements (FAPS)

  • Management Accounting Techniques (MATS)

  • Tax Processes for Business (TPFB)

  • Business Awareness (BUAW)

  • Advanced Synoptic Assessment (ADSY) which forms part of your End Point Assessment


  • Training will be provided by attending either face-to-face classroom based lessons or Live Online sessions.

    Once AAT level 3 is completed there are opportunities to progress to level 4 and level 7 apprenticeships. We currently have 5 team members working towards their ACCA qualification., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9 - 5) Essential
    GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 9 - 6) Essential
