Full Job Description

· Raising sales invoices and issuing to customers

· Checking purchase invoices and dealing with queries

· Booking Travel

· Updating spreadsheets

· Filing

· Answering the telephone

· Ad hoc administration and accounts tasks

This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly, energetic and highly motivated individual to work as an Accounts and Administration Assistant within a friendly and busy office. The candidate needs to have excellent attention to detail, good IT skills and a can-do attitude. Experience of Sage 50 accounts would be helpful but not essential. We are looking for someone to work full time., · Computer Literate with skills in Excel / Word

· Good interpersonal skills

· Willing to learn and develop
