Spreadsheets

You will gain skills such as;

• Creating Customer & Supplier accounts



• Understanding how credit control works



• Dealing with Sales and Purchase invoices



• Dealing with Sales Receipts and Purchase Payments



• Performing bank reconciliations



• Dealing with petty cash expenses



• Preparing VAT Returns



• Maintaining nominal ledgers



• Preparing and maintaining Control accounts



• Treatment of opening balances



• Month end journal entries such as Accruals



• Depreciation (Fixed Asset Register)



• Suspense account reconciliation



• Director's loan account



• Preparing the Final Trial Balance



• Preparing Budget in Sage



• Budgeted and Actual Variance Analysis



• Taking figures from the Trial Balance on to Accounts Production with year end procedures



• Completing and understanding the compliance as per company's house



• Making draft, abbreviated and final accounts of the company
