Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with auditing experience to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing accounting, auditing, and financial advisory services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the overall success of our firm., Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for clients across various industries.

Conduct audits of financial statements and internal controls in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate clients' financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide financial advisory services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Assist clients with tax planning and compliance, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all their accounting and financial needs.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive accounting and advisory services to clients.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA, ACA, ACCA, or similar professional certification preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and auditing roles, preferably in a public accounting firm or professional services environment.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite; experience with auditing/accounting software (SAGE) and tools preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.
