Full Job Description
- Oversee the full audit cycle, including planning, fieldwork, and completion.
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts in compliance with FRS 102.
- Delegate tasks to junior team members while providing guidance and support for their development.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Research client accountancy issues and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding UK business regulations.
ICAEW or ACCA part or fully qualified. - Solid understanding of the full audit cycle; planning, fieldwork, and completion.
- Forward-thinking with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience in reviewing the work of junior team members or willingness to start.
- Strong desire for career progression.
