Full Job Description

This is an entry-level position that would suit an individual with a good level of commercial acumen, such as exposure to a business environment via a placement or an internship, who has the enthusiasm to be part of a sales team within financial services.

You'll work closely with the sales and distribution team to understand the unique needs and preferences of our clients and investors. By collaborating effectively, you'll ensure that our support services align seamlessly with their expectations, ultimately enhancing their overall experience with Titanbay.

This might involve coordinating personalised communications, providing timely assistance with account management and implementing feedback-driven improvements to our services.

Responsibilities

  • As the primary point of contact for both new and existing investors, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing strong and enduring relationships. By engaging proactively with investors, you'll build rapport, instil confidence in our offerings and address any queries or concerns they may have.

  • Support the sales team in developing key materials to drive their Go-to-market strategies. Including the preparation of RFP (Request for Proposal) presentations to Private Bank and Wealth Management clients.

  • You'll serve as a key ambassador for Titanbay, embodying our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction with investors. Whether communicating via email, phone or in-person meetings, you'll convey professionalism, expertise, and a genuine dedication to serving their needs.

  • Collaborate with other Titanbay stakeholders such as Investor Services and Compliance to ensure new Investors are onboarded onto the platform seamlessly.

  • You'll play a pivotal role in gathering feedback from investors regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.

  • Solution-oriented and able to provide accurate and creative solutions to investor queries.

  • Capacity to empathise with clients needs, demonstrating genuine concern and providing tailored support to address their concerns and enhance their experience.

    Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely whilst fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, rapidly growing business environment.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a non-hierarchical environment.

  • Personable, creative, dynamic, and a quick learner.

  • IT literate with the ability to produce comprehensive slide presentations

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
