Full Job Description
our hugely successful sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for
expanding the distribution, SKU penetration and sales of our portfolio across our National &
Regional On Trade customer base. We are committed to training and investing in our team, so those
joining will have the opportunity to become WSET qualified within the first year of joining with
further opportunities to experience other areas and grow within our business.,
- Help deliver the on-trade wholesale and On Trade channel strategy, implementing it in line
- Support the Sales Director and deliver against the account plan for each customer on your
- Deliver against the budgeted growth targets for your channel
- Create and deliver ongoing opportunities for sales growth in your channel, whether that be
- Raising the profile and maintaining the reputation of The Spirit of Manchester Distillery
- Support the SD in implementing agreed plans and providing excellent customer service to
- Curate, manage and maximise impact at point of purchase driving visibility and rate of sale
- Where required deliver liquid & brand engagement to create advocacy for our brands and
- Develop, enhance and implement processes where appropriate, to enable us to better service the on-trade
- Work closely with all levels within the distillery and our on-trade customers to ensure that they are well informed relating to brand activation and provided the full suite of tools to deliver against agreed activations and plans
- Supporting the wider business to ensure all customer requirements are met
We're looking for a hungry, driven individual with a passion for spirits and the drinks industry to join, Passionate and knowledgeable about the drinks industry with an enthusiasm for spirits - Previously held a national account role within the UK On Trade alcohol industry
- Experience gained within the spirits industry or a sound working knowledge of the spirits
- A proven track record of working with customers in the on-trade sector, operating at a high
- Solid commercial acumen, numerical skills and attention to detail and an ability to
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced exciting
- Confident to work independently, responsibly, and to collaborate with individuals and teams
- Self-motivated, well-organised and willing to get stuck in to help others
- Looking to join a growing business where you can really make a difference
- This role is field-based and will require nationwide travel; therefore, a full UK driving licence
- Expected to be in the Manchester office 2 days per week

Manchester Gin in the first 18 months, we now occupy Six Grade II
of the city with a further 5,000 sq ft storage facility. Our arches on Watson Street, house one of
