Full Job Description
At Green Task Force Ltd client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Duties include developing account plans, managing client relationships and delivering proposals, Business development and maintaining client frameworks and portals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
- Maintaining our registration on client frameworks/portals
- Delivering sales pitch to prospective clients
- Communicating to clients clearly addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
- Raising clients' business concerns and needs to the company's management.
- Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company's management and clients
- Monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs or expenditures, and discussing new terms, if necessary, with senior management approval
- Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services.
- Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products/services, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions.
- Attending roadshows and network meetings where needed
- Ensuring the effective management of existing and prospective clients
- Working in partnership with internal and external customers to ensure all needs are met.
- Ensure that opportunities for growth of the company are followed up and presented to senior management.
Understanding of the Land Based Sector with a particular focus on the Landscaping/Fencing/Arboriculture industry including horticulture - Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers/staff and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills., A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
