Account Manager

Your remit will be to nurture business relationships to deliver account growth, over-come account challenges and deliver new business opportunities for our Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC) business within your territory.,

• Responsible for developing/executing local sales plans as well as local/national promotional activity.


• Deliver against key sales KPIs, Revenue, Margin, R&A expenditure & cash collection.


• Maintain & develop existing/new customer relationships.


• Collaborate with the stores in their territory to drive effective customer management.


• Build & grow effective customer relationships to drive share of wallet growth.


• Support the delivery of our sustainability objectives & new product launches.
  
  Experience in a sales/account management role.


• Record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment.


• Experience of developing/executing strategic customer plans.


• Effective at managing stakeholders.
