Full Job Description

This Account Executive position would be a 360 role, focusing on hunting new logos while utilising marketing and channel to source leads and build pipeline. The role affords the ability to expand accounts you land and scale businesses with the Verkada product portfolio. Verkada is B2B and can target anyone with a physical location so our verticals vary.

The successful candidate will be able to elevate Verkada's brand in the UK, build a book of business from scratch, create strong client and channel relationships, navigate and close complex deals as well as regularly exceed goals consisting of demos, trials and TCV revenue targets every quarter. AE's are encouraged to get on the road to visit partners and clients; valuing face-to-face interaction.

The position includes a generous ramp period with quarterly revenue targets (including a qualified net new logo target within). We pay commission monthly, off full TCV and on every dollar you sell. We have no threshold on commission and offer uncapped accelerators above quarterly quota attainment.

    Two+ years of quota exceeding sales experience working for a B2B technology vendor

  • Clear track record of closing self-sourced deals

  • Clear track record of closing net new logos at volume, Experience building a greenfield territory

  • Experience running complex deals/sales cycles

  • Experience selling through channel and working with partners/IT resellers.

  • History of creatively unlocking opportunities with a hard to sell/complex product.

  • MEDDPICC sales methodology, Grit: You have discipline and drive

  • Organisation: Ability to structure day to day while juggling multiple tasks to progress deals in volume.
