Full Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities:
-

  • Process daily banking transactions

  • Prepare and process car sales invoices

  • Handle service and parts invoices

  • Process supplier invoices efficiently

  • Conduct fortnightly reconciliations

  • Produce detailed management accounts

  • Complete VAT returns accurately

  • Participate in the annual audit

  • Lead and ensure the monthly payroll is accurately prepared

  • Book keeping knowledge of margin scheme

  • Previous experience in car sales business is an advantage.

  • Previous experience on MTA software is an advantage., Join our team as an Account Administrator to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organisation.

    In-depth knowledge of the used car sales margin scheme

  • Motor trade knowledge is advantageous

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible approach to time-keeping and deadlines

  • Minimum requirement Part qualified ACCA or part qualified by experience.
