Full Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Responsibilities:

- Process daily banking transactions
- Prepare and process car sales invoices
- Handle service and parts invoices
- Process supplier invoices efficiently
- Conduct fortnightly reconciliations
- Produce detailed management accounts
- Complete VAT returns accurately
- Participate in the annual audit
- Lead and ensure the monthly payroll is accurately prepared
- Book keeping knowledge of margin scheme
- Previous experience in car sales business is an advantage.
- Previous experience on MTA software is an advantage., Join our team as an Account Administrator to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organisation.
In-depth knowledge of the used car sales margin scheme - Motor trade knowledge is advantageous

- Minimum requirement Part qualified ACCA or part qualified by experience.
