Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users. If you have a passion for resolving complex IT issues and ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you., Provide 2nd line technical support to end-users on various IT issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure.
- Respond to service desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and operating systems.
- Collaborate with the 1st Line Support team to escalate and resolve issues effectively.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft tech stack
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VPN technologies, and firewall configurations, would be highly desirable.
- Experience in providing technical support in a cloud environment, specifically azure.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
