2D / 3D Designer for Retail Design & Manufacturing

We are seeking a talented and creative 2D/3D Designer to join our dynamic projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 2D, and 3D design. With the ability to conceptualize designs, and visuals to present to clients. Designs will be brought to life at our in-house workshop where you will be responsible for setting up all the artwork elements for various projects.,

• Create innovative 2D and 3D designs for retail displays.


• Develop presentation decks for retail displays and artwork approval documents using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).


• Strong understanding of software such as Sketchup or similar 3D Creative software to produce detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings of retail displays.


• Work closely with the Projects team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that meet the client objectives and brand guidelines.


• Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to clients and colleagues, incorporating feedback and making necessary amends to meet client expectations.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software ideally using Sketchup and Vray or similar 3D Creative software.


• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).


• Understanding of technical drawings and brand guidelines.


• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D and 3D design work, particularly in retail design environments.


• Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast paced constantly evolving environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Industrial & 3D Design, or a related field.


• Experience: 2+ years of experience in 2D/3D design, preferably in the POS or retail industry.
