Are you passionate to learn about digital marketing and want to be involved with planning and managing strategic campaigns?
Your role will be learning from our digital experts and support bringing the very best of UBS Investment Bank across our digital channels.
Learning outcomes:

  • Help support our social medial expert on day-to-day management of the Investment Bank's social media activities:


  • o Creating / shaping content which cuts through the noise
    o Managing editorial calendar
    o Aligning content and themes across our global team
    o Scheduling posts and responding to comments
    o Create, launch and successfully deliver paid social media campaigns
    o Support building out our organic audience
  • Support our web expert across our IB website:


  • o Build out new webpages
    o Optimizing webpages with latest developments
    o Managing and aligning content across our global themes
    o Monitor, track, evaluate and analyse users' behavior to answer the pivotal question 'did it do what we wanted it to do?' - make suggestions and enhancements based on the outcome
    o Develop an effective SEO strategy
  • Build out Email Marketing strategy:


  • o Align email campaigns to the business & traffic driver goals
    o Optimize campaigns based on latest and greatest learnings
    o Test to better understand which tactics resonates with our audience
    o Build out audience segmentations so we have better targeting
  • Assist in generating regular reports and dashboards to provide data driven insights into the effectiveness of social media, website and email campaign, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Learn to create best in class marketing assets that are on-brand that are optimised for digital associated user journeys.

  • Collaborate across a matrix organization while putting into practice the important role communication plays and how to tailor it to different stakeholders.


  • Your team
    The Investment Bank's Marketing team provides strategic, advisory, planning and creative execution services to support and deliver client marketing and communication activities, helping UBS meet its strategic business objectives and revenue targets. Using the full range of marketing tools and channels, the team produces targeted, timely and cost-effective solutions, delivered within UBS's brand, legal, and operation standards.

    We have teams in cities across the world, covering three regions: The Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

    You need to have completed your A-levels or equivalent by September 2024 achieved BBC and minimum of a Level 6 in Mathematics and 5 in English Language GCSE

    - The ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clear and concise communication, For the first 18 months you will be studying towards the Level 4 Digital Product Manager apprenticeship; gaining relevant knowledge, skills and behaviors to build a foundation to your career in Digital Marketing.
