Full Job Description

Respond to support requests from clients and provide timely resolution
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex problems
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment., Experience with Active Directory administration
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Previous experience working in a help desk or technical support role is preferred but is not essential, if you have great customer service skills, good tech knowledge and want to get into the industry then we would love to hear from you.
