Full Job Description
- Strong IT background, with proficiency in Microsoft cloud applications such as Ms365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience in managing medium-sized IT infrastructures within corporate organisations or IT services/consultancy firms.
- Competence in Microsoft Office 365 administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory administration.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through prior experience in a busy helpdesk environment.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and cyber hygiene practices.
- Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation and occasional weekend/evening work.
- Ability to work autonomously, with confidence in deploying computer hardware/systems on customer sites unassisted.
- Strong communication skills, essential for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Mac systems
- Basic Firewall Configuration
- VoIP-based telecommunications
- An understanding of project management principles
- A proactive attitude towards professional development, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
