My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their head office, they are currently looking to make an addition to their IT Department , in the form of a 1st Line Support Analyst.

This role would be perfect for someone just starting in IT and is looking for genuine growth and progression within the sector. I'm looking to speak to enthusiastic and driven individuals who have a passion for the industry.

The Role

  • Logging of telephone, e-mail or face to face tickets within the Service desk platform

  • Account unlocks & password resets.

  • Mapping printers and basic printer troubleshooting.

  • Setting up hardware such as Laptops, Desk phones, Mobile and Tablets (Android and iOS)

  • Starters & leavers processing and housekeeping

  • Allocating permissions and mapping network drives

  • VoIP communications set-up and support

  • Service Desk Systems i.e. Manage Engine

  • Windows 10/11

  • Azure and Entra ID

  • Microsoft Intune

  • Microsoft 365

  • Microsoft Exchange

  • LAN & WAN topology

  • Mobile IOS and Android operating systems

  • BT Cloudworks / Ringcentral Voip systems

    Customer service engagement

  • Ownership and initiative

  • Technical understanding


  • The Person
  • Previous experience in a similar support role.

  • Experience and success in being a team player in a busy support function delivering excellent results.

  • Good attention to detail and exceptional people and customer service skills.

    The salary for this role is between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, generous holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.
