1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Gresham’s Nursery and Pre-Prep School is a happy and ambitious learning community which although closely linked to the Prep School, has its own identity and character.

At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18.

We are currently looking to recruit two kind, caring, supportive and energetic individuals into our dedicated team within the Nursery and Pre-Prep School. The role will provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs and will involve working alongside the Class Teacher, Learning Enrichment Lead and outside professionals to help the children overcome barriers to learning and to enjoy their experience at school.

The successful candidates must be able to work as part of a small team, be attentive to the children’s individual, pastoral and academic needs and possess the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues, parents and other visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
