Duties to include -
Preparing and cutting carcases
Preparing and cutting specific joints/cuts of meat
Assisting with counter display/setup
Gathering/packing for deliveries
Freezer and fridge stock control
Hours of work - 40 hrs a week, Monday - Friday & Saturday rota, times to be confirmed
Qualifications & Skills required - Good general standard of education English qualification GCSE grade D or above. Need to have good communication skills and a genuine interest in food production, preparation and sale.
Training via Poultec Training leading to a recognised butchery qualification to be gained over a 12 month period.
