As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,

Conduct thorough inspections of properties, including interior and exterior areas, to evaluate their condition and identify any defects, damages, or safety hazards.

Document inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports outlining observations, recommendations, and any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders to provide inspection results, address concerns, and answer any questions.

Stay updated on relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and uphold quality standards in inspections.

Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in property inspection techniques, sales, and customer service practices.

Utilise strong sales skills to keep landlords on side and ensuring client specifications are maintained whilst ensuring landlords/agents are kept engaged.
