This is an opportunity for an outgoing Accounts Assistant to join a great team here at Westcott Sand and Aggregates, the ideal candidate will have good excel skills and have a good understanding of both purchase ledger & sales ledger.,

Payroll

Matching invoices to purchase orders and posting of invoices.

Management of supplier invoicing in conjunction with the Purchase Order (PO) process.

Resolving invoice queries.

Bank Reconciliations.

Cash Allocation.

Prepare Payment Runs.

Assisting with Credit Control work.

Supporting the Accountant with year-end processes.

Other duties may be expected of you as the business evolves and as you evolve within the business.
