Reporting into our Customer Experience Supervisor, the successful candidate will be:

Processing B2C and B2B customer orders, handling queries and taking payments over the phone

Problem solving and dealing with customer and courier queries in a timely manner

We offer 20 days holiday per year plus an extra day for every 2 years of service given to the company (up to a maximum of 5 extra days). Statutory bank holidays are in addition to these 20 days.

Hybrid working - 1 day per week (Monday). Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of our Folkestone office. Hybrid working is only upon satisfactory completion of training/probationary period.

Min 2 years experience in an office focused, customer service environment, processing orders and troubleshooting deliveries

Experience in liaising with a range of customers by phone and online, taking payments and managing enquiries

Have keen attention to detail and honed organisation skills when booking deliveries with customers and couriers

Be a quick learner, with good IT skills, particularly Excel and the ability to learn new systems & software. Working with Sage is desirable.

A can-do attitude, with a real emphasis on being an integral part of the team, able to work under your own initiative

Knowledge of working within 3P platforms desirable, Customer service: 2 years (required)
