Full Job Description

The candidate will take ownership of Yellows Bar & Grill Kitchen on matchdays, ordering, preparing and serving food, otherwise day-to-day working within our team to produce and serve food items for both Delia's restaurant and our conference & banqueting events adhering to the Delia Smith brand and recipes.

This role is 20 hours per week which is worked over 3 days and includes Home Matchdays and some unsociable hours.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and serve food items for Delia's Canary Catering, working to recipes pre-set by head chefs.

  • Work on matchdays taking ownership for producing and serving food items for Yellows Bar & Grill.

  • Work within a pre-determined format to keep waste to a minimum as far as possible.

  • Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of Food Hygiene to meet Health and Safety Legislation / Requirements and the Club's Food Management System.
