Workshops Supervisor - Norfolk

Supervision / Leadership Ensure that regular monitoring and checks are carried out to maintain a high quality of repairs and servicing and report any concerns to the workshops Manager. To substitute/support Workshop Supervisors in other areas/localities To provide first line supervision / leadership of the Workshop teams. Ensure regular communication to Technicians concerning quality issues and individual performance and participate in the Trusts IPR programme, as appraiser/appraisee. Provide leadership to promote Trust initiatives and stimulate the necessary sense of urgency and flexibility to keep vehicle lost unit hours to a minimum. Identify training and support required for Vehicle Technicians ensuring ongoing continuous professional development is planned and delivered in keeping with operational and legislative requirements. Provide a focal point for Workshops staff in all matters relating to department performance, Health & Safety, discipline and grievances etc
