Workshop Manager Steel Fabrication / Plant Equipment

Bradleys Group is a well-established family run design & build firm based in Lancashire. We undertake engineering projects in mild and stainless steel, from heavy equipment and structural frames to machinery modification and vehicle restoration. We offer a wide variety of products and services to a range of business Clients in sectors including Construction, Agricultural and Industrial.

We are seeking hands-on welding professionals to join our expanding team to help build equipment such as low loader, high spec farm trailers, new tipping skips and tailgates for Rubber track dumpers.

For the successful candidates, the role will involve all aspects of steel fabrication for a variety of projects. Working under the Production Manager you must be able to manage your own time and productivity whist communicating with the team.

As you gain experience there is room for you to grow within the company to a higher level.

• Management: 5 years (required)


• MIG/MAG/TIG WELDING: 10 years (required)


• Metal fabrication: 10 years (required)
