Full Job Description

To support the Plant Maintenance team and the ongoing demands surrounding the Workshop processes.

Responsibilities

  • Completing the pro-forma process, ensuring correct sign offs are obtained and order numbers provided in a timely manner.

  • Assisting with the accurate processing of invoices including:

  • Raising purchase order numbers on MS Dynamics & R2C

  • Check invoices for anomalies and raising queries with suppliers.

  • Matching and batching of invoices to Purchase Orders

  • Following up on queries, ensuring any issues are closed off.

  • To ensure effective maintenance of internal systems including the correct input of data.

  • Administering all job sheets and timesheets from Plant Maintenance employees.

  • Uploading defects off service sheets and assisting the senior plant maintenance team with the defect process.

  • Support with personnel processes, including manging holiday requests, sickness and return to work and liaising with HR.

  • General administration including filing.

  • Supporting with new software implementation.

  • Taking phone calls on behalf of the senior Plant Maintenance team

  • Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Senior Management.
