Full Job Description

As a Workflow and Process Manager you are responsible for improving corporate performance by optimising and managing the business processes.

  • Identify business process challenges by analysing process data and metrics.

  • Facilitate teams to critically review current process for effectiveness, quality and simplification.

  • Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Provide training programs on new processes as needed.

  • Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure quality, efficiency and improvement.

  • Identify risks and issues in business process and systems.

  • Identify and analyse business processes and systems.

  • Be responsible for process assessments and process design and redesign.

  • Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans and implement process improvements.

  • Maintain and update all process related reports for reference purposes.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the organisations business lines and products.

  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices.

  • Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Develop documentation naming convention aligned with business processes/departments.

  • Manage the ongoing SharePoint utilisation and development requirements as per business requirements.

  • Documentation Audit and Control activities over business areas.

    Possess ability for business management.

  • Possess knowledge of organisations culture and structure.

  • Possess strong communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organisation.

  • Ability to build on the vision of the business organisation.

  • Ability to discover and establish business process.

  • Ability to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes.

  • Ability to construct business process methodology toolbox.

  • Skill for business process simulation and optimization.

  • Skill for application development.

  • Possess required technical skills.

  • Ability to establish and govern business process towards excellence performance.

  • Ability to make decisions fast and establish rules towards proper business management.

  • Ability to facilitate business process and monitor other members of staff towards attaining business goal.

  • Ability to benchmark and analyse various business processes.


  • Personal Qualities

    Commercial understanding, honesty, discretion, and fair-mindedness rank high with a persuasive, personality, and an ability to deal with conflict. Both "Grace under fire" and an aptitude for dealing with change and ambiguity are a MUST.,
  • Educated to degree level.

  • Proven success in a similar role with a measurable track record.

  • Lean Six Sigma.
