This is a role for a Welcome Host, someone who is committed, enthusiastic and takes great pride in their work. We are looking to appoint someone with a friendly disposition who is confident in dealing with customers whilst striving to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and service at all time in this front-of-house role.

We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores.

What you'll be responsible for: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience!

• Meet and greet all visitors to the store with a warm and friendly welcome


• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times


• Confidence to deal diplomatically, politely and courteously with the general public, staff, managers and our security team


• Observant, flexible and friendly positive attitude


• Duties will include complaint handling and dealing with general enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner


• Committed and vigilant, previous experience of retail security is desirable


• Recognising the importance of always achieving high standards of appearance, performance and professionalism.
