Full Job Description
- Transporting patients throughout the hospital; ensuring response times and standards are maintained throughout.
- Delivering medical gas cylinders, equipment, stores furniture, pharmaceutical and pathology items
- Taking blood samples, specimens and medication around the hospital in a timely and pleasant manner.
- To take linen, case notes and the removal and disposal of waste
- Receive, record and prioritise job requests in line with agreed procedures.
- Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Full UK Driving Licence

Our Facilities Management teams work with some of the most important Government contracts, hospitals and schools. You will be making a difference, enabling and supporting these core businesses. You will be valued and supported, and provided with first class training and competitive benefits.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 18:00. This is a customer facing role so customer service experience would be key. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, who will be empathetic towards patients and visitors.You will be required to carry heavy loads and spend a long amount of time on your feet. Manual Handling training would be an advantage, but is not essential.
