Apparel Connect Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. As a reputable online retail company, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality products and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards by effectively managing our warehouse operations.
As the Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the printing, packaging, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Managing inventory, including listing, updating, and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demands and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implementing and maintaining efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Ensuring the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitoring warehouse performance, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Leading, training, and managing the warehouse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as customer service and procurement, to optimize operations and meet company goals.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector. - Proven track record of managing inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations effectively and efficiently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
