Videographer

As an integral member of our Marketing team, the Videographer will drive video production and output by delivering exceptional quality and demonstrating creative confidence. This role provides video and audio production and editing for our ad content across a wide range of channels.

An essential element to this role is storytelling, and by going beyond the technical aspects of the role, the Videographer will demonstrate a deep understanding of our vision and products through crafting content that directly resonates with our audience and engages them in a positive and impact way.

The Videographer will bring a strong commercial awareness to the role, seeking ways to increasingly grow the reach and influence of our brand.

This role sits in a team with a broad remit of responsibility, therefore the ability to work to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

We require a Videographer/ Editor who has a keen eye for shooting and editing snappy social media worthy content as well as long form. We create content on youtube, podcasts, instagram, tiktok and facebook.

The Role:

• Understand and define great briefs for commercially effective video, ensuring style and content of videos are consistently on brand(s).


• Responsible for creating captivating content for distribution across our social channels, websites, and media outlets. Edit and distribute video projects to agreed specification and deadline, driving the quality, frequency and consistency of video output.



• Shooting and editing feature length customer case studies episodes for YouTube


• Cutting and editing reels from full-length content to promote it on other social media platforms.


• Filming for Vlogs and practical guides. Scripting and editing educational content from archive footage.


• Filming and editing "shorts" to promote marketing campaigns on paid social channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)


• Scripting and designing promotional trailers for products and events as a mix of testimonials, b-roll, stock footage and piece-to-camera filming.



• Coach and direct on-screen subjects through the filming process to achieve required results.


• Responsible for the setup, test and operation of video and audio equipment for off-site productions.


• Manage your work schedule effectively, with the ability to forward plan, ensuring deadlines are met.


• Ensure quality of professional audio and video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.


• Organise and maintain a digital library of all video and audio content.


• Keep track of and learn from other influencers in the industry.


• Other job-related duties as assigned.


Flexibility will be needed in this role as there may be some evenings/early mornings and/or weekend work so living within a short commute to Peterborough would be advantageous.


• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong commercial portfolio of relevant work.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to help people feel comfortable and work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• A keen understanding of social media trends and usage, and the ability to repurpose content for different platforms.


• Self-directing, able to operate independently, high impact-work ethic.


• Expert proficiency of Adobe Suite eg: Final Cut, After Effects, PremierPro, Photoshop etc


• Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve on the spot.


• Applicants must have a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.


• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
